Introduction:
This policy applies to all hosting services provided by t9cl WebDev. (“we” or “us”). The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all hosting services are renewed in a timely manner to prevent expiration and potential loss of the hosting services.
Renewal Notification:
We will notify clients of the upcoming expiration of their hosting service(s) through email or phone call at least 30 days prior to the expiration date. The client will be provided with instructions on how to renew the hosting service(s).
Automatic Renewal:
We offer automatic renewal service for the convenience of our clients. If the client opts into automatic renewal service, the client’s hosting service(s) will be automatically renewed on the expiration date, and the client will be charged accordingly.
Renewal Deadline:
The client must renew their hosting service(s) prior to the expiration date to avoid expiration. If the client does not renew the hosting service(s) by the expiration date, the hosting service(s) will expire and may become unavailable.
Renewal Fees:
The client is responsible for paying any fees associated with renewing their hosting service(s). The client will be charged the then-current fee for renewing the hosting service(s) on the expiration date.
Service Interruption:
If the client’s hosting service(s) expire, their website(s) and associated email accounts may become unavailable. The client will be responsible for any costs associated with restoring the hosting service(s) and/or data.
Cancellation:
The client may cancel the automatic renewal service at any time by contacting us. If the client cancels the automatic renewal service, the client will be responsible for manually renewing their hosting service(s) prior to the expiration date to avoid expiration.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from or related to this policy will be resolved through mediation before proceeding to arbitration or court.
Governing Law:
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [Governing Jurisdiction] and any applicable federal laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Entire Agreement:
This policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this policy.
